What We Do
ESBA Labs was started in 1995 to fullfill the need for an effective, user-friendly, affordable solution for hair removal, when it launched its line of SENSATIONAL YOU® WAX and accessories, still in production today.
ESBA Labs currently manufactures and distributes innovative personal care and dermatological products useful in many aesthetic and medical areas.
One of our main products is a specially formulated topical anesthetic, TOPICAINE® gel, able to quickly penetrate and numb intact skin. It contains lidocaine 4% or 5% in a gel micro emulsion with skin permeation enhancers and soothing agents, and it is extensively used by physicians and professionals in the aesthetic fields world-wide.
In 2008, the company launched QUENCH PT® an all-natural, organic (vegan) post treatment balm containing twelve of the best researched and effective skin soothing agents of botanical origin.
In early 2009, it launched BUMP & BLEMISH®, a solution for all hair removal complications: razor bumps (Pseudofolliculitis Barbae or PFB), razor burn, ingrown hairs. BUMP & BLEMISH® also contains skin brighteners to reduce the appearance of dark spots and even out the skin tone.
