Current rate is 1 reward point for every $10 spent. Each reward point can be redeemed for merchandise worth $1. For example, a $25 item can be redeemed for 25 points. Please call us with any questions.
NOTE: Wholesale customers are not currently included in the Reward Points program.
Shipping and Handling
What orders qualify for free shipping?USA orders above $ 35 receive FREE REGULAR SHIPPING* (includes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). We reserve the right to ship via UPS or US Postal service. For all USA orders below $35, we charge the rate the carriers quote, without any extra handling fees!
We ship FREE* to all military APO|FPO|DPO addresses, regardless of order amount. Please contact us to get your free shipping code!
*SOME HEAVY ITEMS (WAX and WAX KIT) are EXCLUDED from free shipping- shipping is charged at cost
Do you offer expedited shipping?YES! Should you require faster shipping service, we offer NEXT DAY, SECOND DAY and THIRD DAY service which is billed according to the carriers rate and depends on weight and destination. Expedited shipping is always charged.
When will my order be shipped?We ship all orders received before 2 pm Eastern USA time, on the SAME DAY. Orders received after 2 pm are usually shipped the next business day. If you need your order to be processed the same day and it is after 2pm, please call TOLL FREE Customer Service at 1-800-677-92991-800-677-9299 FREE and we will try our best to ship your order that day.
International Customers:If the shipping cost quoted by the store seems too high, please e-mail us for a customized shipping quote. Broker’s Fees, Custom Duties and Related Fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. BUYER ASSUMES ALL RESPONSIBILITY CONCERNING THE PURCHASE AND USE OF THIS PRODUCT IN THE BUYER’S COUNTRY ACCORDING TO ITS LAWS AND REGULATIONS. These Items are NOT to be re-sold into the USA or re-directed to other countries.

Established commercial customers (after first order, which must be paid with credit card) can request to be invoiced. Invoices are due 30 days after product is sent (NET 30). Overdue invoices are subject to a 1% per month fee on the unpaid balance.
Should you not be satisfied with our products, we offer an unconditional money back guarantee on the product cost (excluding shipping) for 90 days after the purchase date. Please call customer service at 1-800-677-92991-800-677-9299 FREE to obtain a Return Authorization number (RA). We reserve the right to request the return of the purchased product.
If after placing an order, the customer refuses the package inbound shipping charges will be assessed, regardless of whether the items were sent with free shipping.
